Austin Half Day Private Wine Tasting Tour SAT- Coach Bus

Our Half Day is $109 per person (plus tax, tip and fees) … It consists of 4 hours, and you visit 2 venues, and the tastings fees are included … Hourly rates only apply after 4 hours for Half Day.

You choose the pickup time / the time your trip starts. You have the option to choose your venues or go with our recommendations.

We require a minimum of 8 participants on Saturdays to book a private trip with per person pricing. We require a minimum of 6 participants for any other day of the week.

We adjust the vehicle type according to the size of your group.

The time starts the moment we pick you up and ends the moment we drop you off.

A non-refundable deposit of $150 is due at the time of booking. The deposit is applied to your total.

We ask that you provide us with an accurate headcount 3 day prior to your trip.

The remaining balance is due 2 days prior to your trip.

We do have a limited-service area for pick up. A good rule of thumb is: If your pickup address is within 15 minutes of the JW Marriott Austin, we can pick you up at no additional charge. If your pickup address falls outside that radius you may be subject to an extended travel fee.

While meals are not included in any of our packages, you can add more time to your trip and schedule a stop so that you may have a meal. (Some of the venues even have food trailers available on weekends.) The extra charge is based on the type of vehicle used for your trip and the amount of additional time. For example, if your trip was in one of our High-Top Vans … the additional charge would be $95 (plus tax and minimum tip) per hour.
